Beauticians constantly have skin that is glowing. It is par for the course. We talked to some of the nation's top beauty therapists and this really is what we learnt...

Dehydrated skin produces more oil, which might encourage use of oil that is harsh -removing products. This leads to more oil and strips the skin, says Sian. The solution? Use a hydrating moisturiser and drink loads of water, which will leave skin shielded, flawless and glowing!

8. Or only give a massage that is little to yourself When applying moisturiser at night, massage the skin ,, says Sian. Use company upward movements if you need to lift and tone. If you need to empty the skin of toxins, Sian suggests mild outward sweeping motions. Stacey urges a deep massage to help your moisturiser soak in.

9. Treat from inside out Taking life can create tired, lifeless skin, notes Danielle Lagrange, Spa Director for La Reserve Paris, Ramatuelle and Geneva. Our skin is delicate, and so its significant to treat it. Wellness and Attractiveness go hand in hand. She advocates watching your diet, getting a good nights slumber, and exercising.

10. While you sleep repair skin A good therapist knows when your skin rejuvenates that night is, explains Stacey, who cleanses thoroughly before bed. Debbie cleanses that are twice at night regularly using Clarisonic Mia 2, which can be great at removing dead skin cells including stimulating circulation. 11. Stick with products for at least a month Folks have a tendency to jump between products too quickly, says Debbie.
